NPS Passport Program

The Atchafalaya National Heritage Area participates in the Passport to Your National Parks© program. You can collect hundreds of free cancellation stamps at cancellation stations in national parks and NPS-affiliated areas nationwide. There are clubs throughout the country that host websites, blogs and events that add an element of competition and storytelling to the fun of stamp collecting. Visit the sites listed below and request the "Atchafalaya National Heritage Area stamp cancellation," and at the three centers of Jean Lafitte National Historical Park, you can also request the Park's stamp cancellation. Hours and schedules may vary by location so please verify before traveling to a region. Regions listed correspond to the Heritage Area maps on the home page of this web site.
