Celtic Bayou Festival

Event Dates: March 14th-15th, 2025

This year sees Celtic Bayou Festival return to its original host venue at, Warehouse 535 on Garfield street, Lafayette where it will utilize both function halls, main bar and the large eye catching green space that lies outside the back of the venue. Though normally reserved for extravagant weddings this year on March 16th it will transform in to a proper authentic Celtic Festival complete with Pop up Irish Bar, Pipe Bands, Irish dancing stage, Whiskey tasting, Guinness cook-off, Baileys Bake off, kids tent, Irish and Breton cultural workshops, impromptu Jam sessions, Food music and much much more.

Festivities kick off on Friday 15th of March with their annual pub crawl which leaves Hideaway on Lee at 5pm, with stops at several participating watering holes in downtown Lafayette before returning to the Hideaway for a night of Celtic music and dance. Many of the weekends musicians and performers will join in the pub crawl fun, guarantying lots of music, song and shenanigans along the way. Participating bars will have deals on specially designed cocktails and beers at the various stops. Celtic Bayou Festival is a family-friendly festival held annually in March to celebrate St. Patrick's Day in the heart of Cajun country with traditional and modern Celtic music, Lenten Crawfish Boil, Whiskey Tasting, Celtic Vendors, and much more!
