What you need to know!
General Public Hours and Admission Rates: Open 10am to 4pm Tuesday through Friday. These hours can be changed/ extended if I am contacted beforehand. There is currently no charge to see the museum.
School Tour Hours and Admission Rates: Open 10am to 4pm Tuesday through Friday. These hours can be changed/ extended if I am contacted beforehand. There is no charge for school groups to see the museum

Take a deep dive into Iberville Parish from first settlers to local music to the Louisiana high school boxing hall of fame. The Museum event has a complete building dedicated to the Atchafalaya Basin.
How Do We Get There?
We’re in the historic district of Plaquemine. Coming from Baton Rouge, straight shot down LA-1 S, where you turn left on Plaquemine st, left on Seminary St, and then left on Main.
